Opened box and thought a part was missing because a good seal between trim plate and shower wall cannot be made as it comes. They are relying on a tiny piece of foam half glued on the back of the trim plate to seal out water running down the shower wall similar seals are made in other trim plates, but how this one is situated I have zero confidence in it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great shower head I got this shower head unsure if I’d like the matte black but after installing it, I really do like it and will be updating the remainder of my fixtures to match. The shower head works will with my water pressure. It’s easy to clean, and has a nice size spray reach. I would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a modern aesthetic in their bathroom

I need help with figuring out how the handle is to stay on the hot/cold panel? I think there may be a part missing? When the handle is put on there is a huge gap and the handle does not stay on.

How do I remove the handle to adjust the water temperature?

I am installing this in an existing shower. The rough-in has a more narrow spacing for the screws to attach the escutcheon. Is there an adapter I can purchase? Model #T14067-BL-PP

We just installed the monitor 14 shower valve. When turning the handle left from the  “C” or Cold position, the handle stops at the “12” o’clock position and will not turn all the way to the “H” or Hot  position. What is wrong with the installation?

Is there a shower arm that is longer and will allow the shower head to point vertically down for a rainfall effect?

We manufacture different shower arms for different installations. The Delta faucet T14467-BL-PP includes a standard shower arm, however, the RP46870 will work in a standard installation. If you are doing an entire renovation and have a connection on the ceiling you may need to use a vertical shower arm. Please refer to the links below. Previous Question - not “scoreless”!  But screwless escutcheon!

Are there longer screws available for this trim kit? I am upgrading my shower trim with the delta T14267-bl-pp and the screws that came with it to attach the escutcheon are not long enough.

Does this come with rubber plug for handle

Where do I find a thick wall installation kit for this? The provided trim screws do not reach their mounting points in the wall.

How do I get the handle off to adjust the water heater temperature? What size Allen wrench do I need? It seems like a very difficult task to be able to adjust the inner water temp setting. I was able to get the button off and then wasn’t sure what to do.
