Hi Kevin, Thank you for your inquiry! Arctic Stainless is a brushed finish like Stainless Steel. Over the years, the color of stainless steel used on appliances and sinks has migrated from warmer tones, with more red in the color spectrum, to lighter tones where blue is more predominant. Arctic Stainless features cooler metallic tones, following a trend seen throughout the kitchen. Stainless Steel is has warmer tones, similar to brushed nickel. Best regards, Tanya

When folded, the center of the upper arm joint to the center of the supply will be 10.5", and the end of the handle extends past the center of the supply by 2.1". I am installing 2 inches above my stock pot. Choose your tallest pot that you will fill and then put it at least 2 inches above that. If too high it may splash in your lowest pots (although I think the flow is too slow to be a problem). I can update after I am done and have used it for awhile.

Thank you for your question, Brian67! I do apologize for the inconvenience with the handle, but will be more than happy to help! The handle on model 1165LF can be removed by pulling it forward. It is held onto the splines by friction. You can hand tighten the cartridge, then turning it a 1/4 turn with a adjustable wrench. Feel free to contact us directly, if you need further assistance. After many hours of trying to remove the handle to replace the valve cartridge, we finally talked to customer support and Doug (EXTREMELY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!), actually took the time to go find the product, assembled and disassembled it himself and gave us the solution! The solution: Unscrew the “stem” (the skinny part you use to turn the handle) of the faucet handle. Inside the hole it leaves, there is a set screw which can be loosened with an allen wrench. With it loosened, the entire faucet handle  easily slides off and exposes the valve cartridge. Use a phillips screwdriver to remove the screw in front of the valve cartridge and then use a deep well socket to remove the valve cartridge. Assemble in reverse order making sure to line up handles with valve in closed position before pushing handle into place.

Hello Kelvin, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! To change the valve cartridge assembly for the Delta 1165LF Pot Filler, first remove the handle assembly. Once the handle is removed, remove the screw and base with a Philip's screwdriver. The valve cartridge assembly can then be pulled straight out and a new one can be reinstalled.
