The finishes would match in color, but the Spotshield has an extra coating to resist spots.

I have the Cassidy Pot Filler (DEL1177LFCZ) that was installed a few years ago and it is leaking exactly where others have mentioned (right at the swivel arm). I too have tried to replace the washer, and it still leaks. Where can I find a fix?

I have a 1177LF-RB pot filler. I am needing the parts for the swivel on arm of the filler. it is a brass bolt with 3 o-rings, 2 plastic bushings that connect the two arms.

Can you tell me what the expected flow rate is for this faucet? Assume 60psi supply line. I can't seem to find that in the specs.

What is the part number for the cartridges that are in the pot filler model 1177LF-SS. The parts breakdown indicates that we have to purchase the handle with the cartridge. We only need the cartridges.

Model 1177LF does not come with any type of water filtering system. We do not recommend installing a filtration system on the pot-filler as it is not needed for this installation, it is made for filling up large pots. If the Traditional Wall Mount Pot Filler MODEL#: 1177LF leaks out of spout or handle replace the Metal Lever Handle W/ Cartridge MODEL#: RP74972. To do this, remove the handle, ring, screw and base. Then unscrew and replace the valve cartridge. Reassemble in reverse order. Be sure to line up the handle with the valve in the closed position before pushing handle into place. Please refer to page 6 of the Maintenance and Installation guide for more details. I have attached the link below.

Is this pot filler compatible with reverse osmosis-filtered water?

Thank you for your question. The pot filler faucet is not designed for reverse osmosis systems. RO water’s pH and total dissolved solids concentration may cause corrosion to the internal components.

My 1177LF is leaking at the middle swivel joint. I assume there is an o-ring there but I don't see it in the parts list or an exploded view or disassembly procedure. How do I fix this?
I have this pot filler and it looks like it's been installed for about 4 years by the previous owner. The joints are leaking like crazy and I was wondering if this can be taken apart to fix or do I need to replace the whole unit.

This faucet is designed to attach directly to a cold water supply pipe. We do not have a recommended water filter. I recommend consulting the filter manufacturer for installation questions.
Installing a water filter is likely to reduce the flow rate from this pot filler faucet.
