Rated 4 out of 5 by from Shiloh Faucet Features are exceptional. very smooth extend and retract of the spray head. Umbrella spray is a great feature. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the box had the incorrect instruction sheet. Instructions #111079 came with the faucet. THis sheet had none of the assembly parts on it. I was able to install in about 1/2 hour, but only due to I've worked as a service mechanical engineer for 35 years. A novice homeowner would probably be lost trying to decipher the instructions

The handle is is very hard to open or close the water and now the soap dispenser is not working properly. It is a bummer because it is a beautiful faucet, but no longer works.

Every time I turn it on, hot or cold it leaks until I shut it off. I have flushed the lines and changed the cartridges way to many times. An expensive product with a nice look but poor mechanics. Ive asked for a different style faucet more than once because it is such a problem and have been denied.

When the sprayer feature is used, does it stay on with a click of the button (for hands free use) or does it require to be pressed and held with one hand?

Hi, Kayna! Thank you for your question. The Delta 19790Z-SPSD-DST sprayer toggle does not need to be pressed down for the spray or stream mode. There is a separate button for the ShieldSpray technology mode that will need to be pressed down. How do you remove the spout to change o-ring. Does it just pull straight up ?

Can I install the faucet with the on/off handle in front instead of the side?

Hi, JimB! Thank you for your question. We recommend installing the Delta 19790Z-SPSD-DST Faucet with the handle on the right. You may install it with the handle on the left side, but the temperature adjustment will be opposite of the standard operation for single handle faucets. You could compensate for this by swapping the hot and cold supply lines under the sink. However, the red/blue button on the handle will no longer indicate the correct temperature. when the sprayer gets plugged how do you pull it apart to clean it?

Just one additional tip. After removing the faucet head, check the very small screen that sits inside. It's not shown in the instructions or parts lisr. Mine was nearly plugged after 2+ years of use. Removing and rinsing it quickly returned the faucet to full pressure.

How tall is the faucet at the back? In other words, I see at the tallest point of the curve it is 13, but it is shorter behind that point where it extends up from the sink. Trying to fit below a paper towel holder that would not be at the tallest point.

after mounting per instructions, step 1, C, (center mount only, nut and wrench) should the faucet base be able to turn on the sink or counter surface.

It is not recommended to remove the bottle when refilling. Shiloh kitchen faucet keeps getting lose on my quartz top. The faucet can spin around it gets very lose. Should I put  caulk under it? This is the second time I purchased this faucet, I did not have this issue before. What should I do?

We had this mounted on a traditional sink with the base provided. We are getting new countertop and will have it mounted directly to the counter with out the sink base. What do I need to mount it directly on the countertop.
