Bizzare Spray Patterns
The 3 spray patterns are aerated stream, "bubble" of water supposedly for cleaning wine glasses according to my wife, and dual small jets of water about 2 in. apart.
If i can't replace the head with one that includes an actually useful round spray pattern, I'm deinstalling this pointless faucet

Difficult to install
The very stiff and fairly long supply hoses are difficult to work with in the tight space under the sink. My previous faucet had very flexible supply hoses. I had to buy 20" flexible extension hoses in order to properly attach the hoses without causing a kink. The instructions could also be improved upon -- better descriptions and drawings. This is not a novice DIY product.

Not happy
I bought for the color. Was not aware of the different types of water flows. I wanted a Full single and spray water flow. I thought that is what I was buying. It has been already installed, so I do not wish to pay a plumber to remove and replace or to buy another faucet. I will have to live with it.

Great height and beautiful design
We got this sink because we were looking for a higher spout for cleaning larger dishes. This sink definitely fulfills the need! We can fit any pot under it now and the head easily detaches and allows for even greater range of motion. Also, it is very pleasing to the eye with a beautiful finish and design. We even use the soap dispenser.

Delta Faucet
I love the versatility of this faucet. It is highly functional, makes perfect sense, and it looks quite satisfying to the eye as well. It makes cleaning the dishes easier, less messy, and an overall better experience. I’ve had several plumbers recommend Delta to me, and I have to agree, it’s a good choice.

Kitchen faucet
We were in need of a new kitchen faucet, and this one fits the bill. My husband installed it, and said the installation process was simple to do. It is very sleek and looks great. I especially like the Shieldspray, because I don't get water everywhere when I use the spray feature!

I just purchased and installed this faucet so it is brand new and installed professionally. My water pressure is very weak and there are no clogs. Is there a water restricter that can be removed to improve the overall pressure?

This model only provides a flow rate of 1.8gpm at 60psi. If you have anything lower than 60psi coming into the home that may explain a lowered flow rate. Unfortunately there is no component that can be removed to increase this.

The water is not getting hot enough how do I adjust the water temp.

Thank you for your question regarding our Delta Faucet 19814Z-SD-DST.
This cartridge is not adjustable and does not actually control the temperature coming into the faucet but rather simply controls the amount of hot and cold water allowed to mix in the valve. You may need to check the setting on your water heater, however we do not recommend setting this above 120 degrees.

What kind of soap for the soap dispenser?

You can use any type of soap you prefer, aside from soaps that contain bleach, foaming hand soap. If the soap you decide to use is a litle thick, we recommend duliting it with at least two tablespoons of water.
