Very poor water pressure
It takes 26 seconds to fill a bucket to one gallon from my supply line. It takes 1 minute and 22 seconds to fill a bucket to one gallon from this faucet. I've had numerous calls with Delta attempting to troubleshoot the issue resulting in changing the mixing valve, the wand, the wand hose and even replaced with a brand new faucet. This faucet design somehow greatly impedes water pressure.

Maybe I got a lemon?
My experience with this faucet since installing 4 months ago has been really bad. The faucet seems to go through batteries like crazy, the sink randomly won't turn on, or turns off in the middle of filling a pot of water, and the water pressure is 1/2 of what it used to be with my old Delta faucet. I suspect the last bit may be due to smaller lines leading to the sink, but overall it just adds to the frustration that I've had since this piece of junk was installed.

My home is fed by a well and we have low pressure. I found the max flow rate / psi but not the operational minimum. What is the minimum pressure required to operate correctly?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 19826TLZ-SPSD-DST.
Our faucets are made for water pressure between 20 and 100 psi. For the ShieldSpray setting on the sprayer to properly form a bubble, the minimum pressure should be 40 psi.

It stopped working. No water . Lights are working and I have changed batteries. I unplugged it and plugged it back. Still no water. What can I do to fix this problem?

How do you adjust the soap, defense or stream to come out with less liquid?

Faucet seem to get stained. How do I fix this?

We recommend cleaning Delta Faucet products with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water.
If additional cleaning is required the following products are safe to use on all Delta Faucet finishes, when used according to the manufacturers’ instructions for use:
Formula 409® Antibacterial All-Purpose Cleaner
Fantastik® All-Purpose Cleaner
Windex® Original Glass Cleaner
Other gentle all-purpose or multi-surface cleaners may also be used. Please do not use anything labeled “all-purpose bathroom cleaner".
