Rated 1 out of 5 by from An expensive waste and poorly designed to boot We are so disappointed in this faucet. The design wasn't well considered - the sensor to turn the water off and on should not have been incorporated into the pulldown sprayer. If I'm using the sink to wash dishes and then reach for the sprayer, the water shuts off. The batteries are also really inconvenient - they actually burn through much faster than one would expect, and then you find yourself pulling everyone out from under your sink to replace batteries. Both of those things I could get past - if one year into having the faucet, it didn't just abruptly stop working altogether. Save yourself and just get a manual faucet - these features are more of an expensive pain than they are worth!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DONT BUY Stopped working after 8 months. Customer service will send parts but will not cover labor to reinstall. I told him I would understand that if it were five years down the line. But less than a year old, and already malfunctioning, they needed to cover labor. I can’t see myself reinstalling parts every year. they told me to refer to YouTube and do it myself. Can you believe that?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I Love this Faucet! I received the Delta 9191T-BL-DST free to review. This was extremely easy to install. The instructions were very clear. I love that when I have messy hands all I have to do is touch it with my wrist and like magic it turns on. It has an indicator light that lets you know if the water is cold, hot, or lukewarm. After 4 mins if the water is still running it will auto shut off. I love that I can set it to a temp that won't burn the littles in my house when they use it. Be sure to keep your sink clear in case of them turning it on. They will love it even more than you do!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So neat! We installed this Delta kitchen faucet a few weeks ago and I’m loving it. The finish matches my black hardware really well. One feature I love for having small kiddos is the temperature sensor light. For the most part, we leave the touch feature on. It’s really neat that this faucet knows the difference between a touch or a grab. I would definitely recommend this faucet to anyone looking for an upgrade!

The faucet head comes out and retracts easily and with small kids I really like the LED indicator saying if the water is hot or not. The touch sensor works very well and is now the primary way we turn the faucet on/off.

The faucet is wellade with quality materials that will last for years. I love that the sprayer is easy to pull down and releases easily. The water flows freely with no leaks. I would recommend this faucet to anyone that wants a high quality faucet for a great value!

I especially enjoy the fact that the sprayer just pulls out from the faucet. No need for a separate sprayer at the sink. It looks so much less cluttered, clean and streamlined. The faucet looked so nice after we installed it we decided to take out the stainless sink and I stall a more modern.on to compliment the faucet. The finish on it is gorgeous and high end. Water pressure and spray is fabulous! I'm going to looking into the same brand for the bathrooms.

The sensor which allows the water to turn on and off without touch is absolutely amazing when it comes to being hygienic. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful! I love this faucet! Not only does it look great in our kitchen, it also functions practically. I cook a lot for my family of five. It’s so nice to just be able to tap the faucet and have the water turn on-especially when my hands are covered with food. I use the sprayer function quite a bit, and the stream of water is very concentrated, which makes getting stuck on food off dishes relatively easy! I have used other sprayers, and the water spray is not as concentrated or doesn’t have as much “force”, if that makes sense. It’s also nice to have the cold/hot sensor, to let me know what temp the water is without constantly putting my hand into the water and testing. It’s the little things that make a big difference in my day to day activities!

Also has a sensor to turn on if you wave ur hand in front of it. It's been my absolute favorite kitchen faucet we have had. Highly highly recommend for anyone wanting something new, but also easy to work!!

Where can I find cabinet hardware that matches the champagne bronze (9191T-CZ-PR-DST) finish? I&rsquo;ve found finishes that claim to match but are rosier and many that trend to the gold. No exact matches.&nbsp;&nbsp;Any suggestions are appreciated.&nbsp;

Do you have to use a battery pack or can the Monrovia be hard wired into the kitchen electrical?

Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you. Our Smart Touch Faucets would require batteries to power the faucet However since you do not want to use batteries we recommend an A/C power supply. By adding the VoiceIQ Module, the A/C power supply is included and would allow for power to the faucet without batteries. We do recommend keeping a set of batteries in the box, this is in case of a power outage in the home. The batteries act as a backup power source. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. If you have activated the spray mode and turn the faucet off does it go back to flow the next time or does it stay on spray?

Does this faucet have a water flow restrictor? If so where is it?

The faucet will not turn on. Is this because the batteries have to be replaced?

Hi Pete, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The MONROVIA&trade; Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O Technology MODEL#: 9191T-AR-PR-DST spout displays the proper light, but no water is coming out of the spout: a. Verify the handle is in the &ldquo;on&rdquo; position. b. Verify the water supplies are turned to the &ldquo;on&rdquo; position. c. Move handle to the &ldquo;off&rdquo; position. Unscrew hose from spray head and check for any debris in the spray head inlet. Move handle to the &ldquo;on&rdquo; position to verify water is reaching the sprayer. Replace spray head. d. Move handle to the &ldquo;off&rdquo; position. Remove the hose from the solenoid and move handle to the &ldquo;on&rdquo; position to check for flow coming from the solenoid. Reconnect hose to solenoid. e. With handle in the &ldquo;off&rdquo; position, remove the hose from the faucet to the solenoid. Move handle to the &ldquo;on&rdquo; position to check if water is going through the manual valve and reaching the solenoid. If water is getting to the solenoid, but it is not getting through the solenoid, replace solenoid and electronics kit. Please reach out with further questions! Which power outlet do you recommend with the Monrovia 9191T-AR-PR-DST kitchen faucet? I've seen model number EP102157 or model number EP73954 but neither one specifically says it is compatible with the Monrovia faucet.
