design flaw from
terrible terrible terrible to operate
I've had it now 10 days and 3 of those the head came off into the sink.
the head does NOT fit inside in order to pump the soap out.
my old one(40 years old) I was able to pump with just my thumb.
WHY would Delta approve such an idiotic design which such a huge flaw.

Not great
They made it easier to install and fill by making it easy to just pull up the pump portion on top of the sink but it’s a poorly executed improvement because the thing just wobbles whenever you touch it. Feel like it’ll break easily. Some sort of mechanism to secure it with a release button would’ve been better.

Small profile above and below counter
Very nice. Small profile above counter and below. extension below is less than 12" so fits in tight spaces. Soap fills from the top which is very convenient (pull spout out and pour liquid soap into container).

So far so good.
We installed this soap dispenser to replace the previous one (same brand). I wanted it to match the faucet. I have used it for a couple of months now and no problem so far. I hope it lasts longer than the other one, which was only about a year.

Matches the faucet but it's flimsy
Bought this along with the top of the line Trimsic Pro faucet. It was the only soap dispenser that matched in color (black stainless). The color and style do indeed match but we find it's operation flimsy. It has a long soap dispensing spout and a small button on top. (My kids think it looks like a tank barrel!) Unfortunately, If you do not push directly on top of the center button of the dispenser it almost comes apart at the head. And it's very hard if you have a sponge in your hand and you try to dispense soap at the same time. It's awkward and many times I end up having the dispenser start to come apart. overall, we can not recommend this design and would have returned it if there was another option from Delta in the color/style we need.

The finish keeps wearing off
The finish wears off from soap getting on it . I have the brushed nickel and have had to replace it twice. Once for finish wear and once for a second hole pitting through the spout so that soap came out of the real hole and the pitted hole

Love the Funnel
What a great touch for a great product. I've had a soap dispenser in the kitchen sink counter forever. I had new quartz counters made and thought before they are installed I'd do new accessories. Delta was my choice. The previous dispenser was always difficult to fill because I never thought to use a funnel. Now is so simple to do my wife can do it. Thanks for a great idea for a great product.

Excellent replacement
Our 19 year old Delta faucet set was beginning to show its age and this dispenser in white was getting scarce. I see there are now 27 in stock. It arrived in six days, went into place easily and looks better than the other fixtures. Perfect color match. Second from right in photo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this, I bought two of them one for the kitchen window for the bathroom the one in the kitchen squirt sideways the little rubber piece inside the nozzle is crooked I would've returned it but my plumber installed it and to me it was too much of a hassle , so I will live with it squirting sideways

Great looking, they didn't pack a part
I bought this 1-2 months ago and just had it installed. It's beautiful and looks great with the faucet. However, I was very disappointed that the tube that goes down into the soap is missing. So, would have loved to give this a great review, but it's unusable.

Is it possible to order just the Head Assembly (RP21905) and pump (RP21908)? Spout on the head is broken and I can't seem to unscre the nut that holds the entire part in place. The 2 parts I mentioned would fix my problem and situation. Thank You

Can this dispenser use foam soap?
Thank you for your question, Lauren13. Most standard dish soaps, hand soaps, sanitizers, and lotions can be used. Foam soap will not foam.

A little plastic ring broke and my dispenser no longer works properly. Also a little bit of the finish chipped off of the top. Do I need to purchase an entirely new dispenser or can I get parts? I'm not sure what part I need based on the technical spec
