It’s difficult to reach a dish or pan placed underneath. When detergent added directly to sink some trickles down the side. The problem may be the single sink with edge around top. Otherwise ok. Matches the faucet.

And have enjoyed the convenience, yesterday, I noticed it was sitting funny, since I just filled the bottle. But, I have searched, and to replace the top, I would have to buy a brand new one. Why, is the top, not available to buy, by itself, considering the rest is in good condition. I have learned how to fill, without overflowing it.

My model RP 50781 Soap dispenser pump sticks. It doesn’t return to the full pumping mode and therefore it doesn’t pump. What do I need to do to fix this problem? Thanks

Hi, Steve! Thank you for your question. Our Delta soap dispensers can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol based hand-sanitizer,and even typical hand lotions. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser but it will not foam. Best Regards, Rosanna

What is the difference between spotshield stainless, stainless and arctic stainless

Over the years, the color of stainless steel used on some appliances and sinks has migrated from warmer tones, with more red in the color spectrum, to lighter tones where blue is more predominant. Arctic Stainless features cooler metallic tones, following this trend seen throughout the kitchen. SpotShield Stainless and Stainless Steel appear the same and have a warmer tone. Use my own soap bottle

I'd like to use a large jug of dish soap on the floor of my under-sink cabinet instead of the small screw in bottle that comes with this unit. What size Pex or vinyl tube do I need to make this work? Is it one with a specific outside diameter (mentioned in another question on this site) or does it need a proper inside diameter to push directly into the pump?

Is this soap dispenser top metal or plastic? I just bought the Saville faucet and the soap dispenser that comes with it has a venetian bronze plastic top. I'm not comfortable with holding up to cleaning.

How do I order a replacement BOTTLE for this soap dispenser? There is no part number.

When refilling the soap bottle for this soap dispenser, the threaded neck snapped off. I see no product number for the bottle on the parts illustration. I tried to purchase a replacement at my local home improvement store, but the only option they had does not fit—the threads of the neck do not align and screw in.

How do you fill the soap bottle from above the deck?  Is the pump mechanism removed from the bottle that is installed in the deck?  Then, you use the funnel to fill the bottle that is under the sink?  Is there by any chance a video of this process? Thanks

Is RP50781 a warranty item? We installed this faucet (19949-DST) about 10 years ago and the dispenser just broke.

Can this be used for foaming soap

Hi Gmhume99, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet soap dispenser RP50781. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser but it will not foam. Foaming soap dispensers have a chamber that mixes air into the soap. Our soap dispensers do not have that chamber. Please reach out with any additional questions! Hello, I have the delta model RP50781 soap dispenser in the Arctic stainless, and the pump no longer functions. I have been happy with the faucet but am really disappointed at the failure of the soap pump.  Is it possible for the pump to be replaced?
