Length of spout.
Only downside is length of spout. Needs to be a little longer (maybe only 1/2 to 1 inch) to reach over edge of sink. It’s difficult to reach a dish or pan placed underneath. When detergent added directly to sink some trickles down the side. The problem may be the single sink with edge around top. Otherwise ok. Matches the faucet.

Broken pegs holding the tubes
I have had this for quite a few years, without any trouble. And have enjoyed the convenience, yesterday, I noticed it was sitting funny, since I just filled the bottle. But, I have searched, and to replace the top, I would have to buy a brand new one. Why, is the top, not available to buy, by itself, considering the rest is in good condition. I have learned how to fill, without overflowing it.

The head of this soap dispenser is composed of high grade plastic materials to resist rust.
The following soap dispensers contain a metallic head with the remaining components which rest beneath the countertop are a high grade plastic:
RP1001, RP1002 and RP37039

can a cream type lhan soap be used with this dispenser?

Thank you for your question. Our Delta Soap Dispensers can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol based hand-sanitizer,and even typical hand lotions. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser but it will not foam.

There's a loose black rubber gasket & also a white sealant attached the bottom of the base that affixes to the top side of the sink. The white seal seems to replace silicone. Does the black gasket still go above the sink, or below with the plastic nut?

I have a 2011 Ashton 19922-SSSD-DST faucet set. I need to replace the soap dispenser pump handle (the pump tube receiving housing has come loose from the pump handle). Is this assembly available separately? What part #? Thanks.

What size hole is to be drilled in a granite countertop for the RP50781AR soap dispenser????
