The only recommended tools that are needed to install this toilet is a flat head screwdriver and safety glasses. The only parts which are included with this assembly are the Seat Bumpers (RP81227) and the Mounting Hardware (RP81314). I hope this information is helpful! The difference between the Wycliffe, Sanborne and Morgan toilet seats are the design of the lids. While we manufacture these models in a rounded and elongated shape, there is also the option to select a slow-close version or a standard-close version. The general shape and dimensions for the rounded seats are the same and the general shape and dimensions for the elongated seats are the same.
