We selected this model because of its features, mainly the magnetic sprayhead and the fact it is a real faucet that can be operated manually should their be a power outage or dead batteries. It was a piece of cake to install together with the voice module and it all performs flawlessly! We can't wait for this COVID mess to clear to resume entertaining from home with our new kitchen remodel and super smart Delta faucet!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great faucet! We had replaced our kitchen sink faucet with a Delta faucet that we really liked when we first moved into our house about 14 years ago. When that faucet failed recently, and the part needed was no longer available, Delta absolutely took great care of us and offered us the opportunity to upgrade to this current model at a very reasonable cost. And we're glad we did! Here are the highlights: * Touch feature - we really like this and use it ALL THE TIME! Great for handwashing, which we're doing constantly in the midst of the Coronavirus pandemic. It's also a great benefit that it stops the faucet from running after 4 minutes; time will tell but maybe it'll have a marginal but beneficial effect on our water use/bill. * Pull-down sprayer - Really nice to have this integrated into the faucet - just more convenient than having the sprayer separate as in our previous faucet * Diamond-seal technology - the classic ball and seat design is time-tested and reliable with easy replacement part availability, but having this might mean that we never have to service it, so what's not to like? * VoiceIQ - this feature is nice, but not as useful as we had hoped. Maybe we need to use it more, but we use the touch feature constantly and the voice feature only quite rarely. Our kids love to play jokes by telling Alexa (from another room) to turn the faucet on to surprise us! * Plug-in power kit - This definitely works, but for those with older homes like ours, it's important to note that it absolutely needs a grounded plug to operate properly. We did not have grounded wiring under our sink, and even with a 3-prong GFCI outlet installed (which is allowed by code) it did not operate properly. Once we upgraded the wiring to add a true ground, all was well.

I love using my Alexa Device to control it when I am busy doing other things in the kitchen. I wish I could do a TV commercial for this faucet, I am not bull$#!^^!^@ You. Buy this faucet and I know you will enjoy the ease of its usage.

Looks beautiful and the "Alexa, tell Delta to wash my hands" has become incredibly popular with the kids! We LOVE the hot/cold LED so the kids don't burn their hands anymore!

The design is also beautiful in my new kitchen & I love all the finish options available. We chose stainless steel, & it’s gorgeous. The touch on/off is also very convenient when my hands are messy from chopping, kneading, etc. Overall I’m very satisfied with this purchase.

The voice module, was very easy to install, and is great for dispensing exact amounts for cooking recipes. Would buy again. Delta customer support and warranty is great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great I needed to replace bc the former Delta started having a weird issue after 8 years. So, average time to replace? If yes, it surprises me bc With the quality that these faucets are made, they should last at least ten years. Well!, if that didn’t have any feature the new has all! The shield Jet to clean dishes better, the touch20 and Qvoice com and.all working fine after figuring out/ rechecking manual that the blinking green for internet connection will go away and turn into solid red if you have an issue with first try to connect. After some tries, we got the solid green. Connected! Yay!!! After this, working full time. It looks like my sink sprouts dishes!!! Never ends!!! And I am loving when washing fish, chicken, or whatever that my hands are dirty and I don’t need to open it anymore. Also!, I customized some quantities for Alexa to fill in cups, jars and pots. I love the option to ask just to wash hands and it gives me the amount of time that I need to soap my hands. I also like the option with litters too bc I was raised with metric system and most of my recipes I have in my memory and they are with milliliters and or litters. The manual should be a little more complete about setting up the internet and some steps to connect with Alexa. But if you go online, The steps are very easy to follow. Just waiting to see until when I’ll be this happy and not stressed bc of an issue with any of these features. Hope they last enough to worth the price of the faucet!!! That’s the only reason I am not giving five stars. I need to wait to see for how long it’s going to last so I can be able to give the fifth star or not. I’ve done a search and this is the most efficient Delta faucet model working with Voice IQ. I am happy and recommend.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the measurements and hand wash feature The measurements are accurate. Sometimes ALEXA doesn't undertand teh command but that's an Alexa issue. I love the ability to setup special containers like the dog bowl. Only feature I wish it had which would make it 5 stars would be to run the hot or cold water on command and set temperature. Otherwise it works as advertised.

If my hands are dirty in some fashion then I just have to touch it with a cleaner part of my arm. Now that I have it I don’t know if I could do without it. Way to go Delta!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect We bought the voiceIQ faucet for our kitchen remodel. It's almost perfect. I love being able to have the faucet dispense specific amounts and I love that it interacts with Alexa. There are a couple things that would improve the usability of the voice feature -- 1) to not have to ask Alexa to ask Delta...a more seamless integration would kick it up a notch. Also, about 20-25% of the time, Alexa encounters an error when trying to communicate with the faucet. That's a little frustrating, and it's what kept me from rating a full 5 stars. The touch activation is also wonderful and very usable! We do love our new Delta VoiceIQ faucet!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great! Our Moen faucet started leaking for the 3rd time and we chose this faucet to replace it. We were looking for a touch faucet and we're really happy with this one. We lost power last week and the touch feature continued to work with the battery backup. It does require an outlet under your sink. I was able to add one using the same circuit as the disposer, but I needed to add a constant hot from the box that has the disposer switch (we have conduit which made it easy). Our spray stream isn't as hard as I would have liked, but that's likely related to our water pressure. We love the integration with Alexa, particularly the ability to dispense exact amounts of water; it's really accurate. It takes a while for the kitchen water to warm up so I also use the command to "warm up the water" command quite a bit. The kids like the light on the front which shows the temperature of the water, because I tend to use really hot water all the time and they would hurt their hands occasionally when they would use it just after I had used it. The instructions were really easy to follow and it only took about an hour to get it installed. We've had it for about 4 weeks and it's working great!

There's nothing like this on the market today, but it won't be long before the copy cats catch up to Delta's idea and version of the electronic smart faucet. Keep in mind that RF or radio interference can wreak havoc on the operation of this smart device add-on. It needs it's own dedicated electrical outlet only! If not, the faucet will randomly turn on and off all day and night. Ask me how I know. Luckily, I was able to plug into the garbage disposal out let (non-switchable), and all is well again in my household. Kinda gimmicky, but I like it. It may be great for someone with an injury, disability or other handicap.

I don't have a computer or a phone, will a voice activated faucet work?

One of the features mentioned for the VoiceIQ Module (EP100855) is the ability to "warm the water". Is this true, since it appears that the Touch20 and VoiceIQ controllers are installed downstream of where the water temperature is set (at the handle).

Thank you for your question, Canquest! The water will run until it reaches a warm temperature of 95° F (35° C), then shut off. The faucet handle must be set to the "hot" position for this to work. A four minute automatic shutoff will override this function if the water does not reach the target temperature within this time frame. Best Regards, Benjamin

I recently installed a 9113T-AR-DST. I was planning on adding the power supply for the standard touch function. If I add the voice IQ will i need 2 power supplies under my sink or does the one power supply power both the solenoid and the Voice IQ module?

Hi my Delta solenoid has the following information on it X00074948, 09/05/17 06:55 A. v2.8.0  It also has the Ethernet port on the side. Will it work with the voiceIQ retrofit kit?

Thank you for your question, Rneel! In order to use the EP100855 voice module, you would need to have a Generation 3L solenoid. A Generation 3L solenoid will have a white sticker on the front of the solenoid, that has numbers X00090218 or X00090219. If the white sticker on the solenoid has numbers X00074948, you would need to install an EP92546 solenoid assembly, in order to use the voice module. The number off the white sticker on EP92546 would be X00090218.
