Rated 1 out of 5 by from Broke within 3 months of installation I’m so disappointed. We had our faucet installed for less than 3 months before this part broke so now I have a $300 faucet that functions as a $50 faucet. Downside is that we slowly bought our appliances for our kitchen reno so this particular piece is just under a year old even though it was brand new to us. To see that I would have to pay almost $200 to get a new one is extremely disappointing. Just stick with a regular faucet.

We have a Trinsic Pro 9659-DST (circa2016-2017), Arctic Stainless finish. What is the correct replacement solenoid assembly kit? EP74855 or EP74856?

Asked by: Weston
Thank you for your question, Weston! Delta Trinsic model 9659T-DST never used an EP74856 solenoid. Any of those faucets manufactured prior to January 1, 2018 would currently use an EP74855 solenoid. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=EP74855 Best Regards, Benjamin

Have had the touch faucet for about 3 months and it stopped working. Water would not come through. Any ideas other than changing the entire solenoid??

Asked by: Dave G
Hello Dave G, Thank you for your question. We are happy to help! If the indicator light on your Delta faucet with Touch2O is working but the water is not flowing, the issue would likely be debris in the solenoid. The solenoid can be flushed by placing a bucket below the solenoid, putting the handle in the off position, and removing the hose below the solenoid. Now water will flow into the bucket when the handle is open and the solenoid is open. Run hot water for three minutes into the bucket. During this time touch the faucet quickly about ten times to open and close the solenoid.  We would also recommend cleaning the filter basket at the top of the solenoid and resetting the electronics by removing the battery cap and replacing the batteries with new, non-rechargeable batteries. Please reach out directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Best regards, Bryan

You have part number EP92546 and EP92546xx. What is difference? I have a an older version of the touch technology with an led light.  Looking to replace solenoid, which one do I order?

Asked by: Troy
Hello Troy, Thank you for your question! EP92546 and EP92546xx would be chosen based on the finish color of your faucet. The finish affects the touch function and different solenoids are used. For Polished Chrome, Champagne Bronze, Arctic Stainless & Stainless Steel finish order EP92546. For Matte Black & Venetian Bronze finish order EP92546XX. Please contact us directly if you need further assistance. Best regards, Bryan
