Replacement worked fit well.

Traditional Faucet Handle
I couldn't find a faucet handle for a Federal faucet, (which went out of business I was told). This faucet handle fit and worked like a charm. Was shipped fast and in new condition.

The best shower faucet knob ever
I never knew how wonderful a new shower faucet knob could make me feel. Compared to the old one which was stained with mildew and hard water deposits, this one was shiny and crystal clear right out of the box. It was a cynch to install. I love this knob so much I'm thining about how to replace the door handles on my F150 truck with this knob.
Seriously, quick delivery and great price. Very satisfied.

cap & screw included
When reading information on this part (H71) and looking at the picture / description, it does not make mention of the additional parts (Cover & set screw) coming with it. From my shipment it looks like the cover & screw are part of the package, so there isn't a need to order the screw & cap (10 bucks of parts) as they are included.

I just replace the valve body on my Delta Monitor 1400 and the cartilage RP46074.. The cartilage RP46074 is the only one that worked.. So what clear knob fits this RP46074 cartilage ??

How to install this?
Does water need to be shut off to remove the old one and install a new one? Does removing the mounting screw loosen any other part of the faucet or only knob?

Thank you for your question. The water does not have to be turned off at the shut off valve to remove the handle. You would just need to unscrew the mounting nut at the front of the handle to take the handle off. You're then able to install the new handle.

I have the H71 knob on my tub and shower, would like to update the knobs on my tub w/o changing out the valves, what are my options?
Thank you for your question, Bmichelle37! The H71 handle assembly can be swapped out with any handle that starts with an H7 as they are designed to fit our 13 and 14 Series faucets; however, when switching to a lever handle you will need to use the RP17443 handle and a RP20111 conversion ball.

Installation question
I am ordering the H71 Single Clear Knob Handle Kit to replace my old handle, which goes off and falls in each and every use. Do I need to order any additional parts to install this new handle or does it come with all the necessary parts to hold the handle to the wall fixture?
Hi Helen, Thank you for your question. The H71 will include the handle, hot/cold button, and screw. You should not need any additional parts to switch out the handle if your cartridge that the handle screws into is in good condition.

I need to clean under my clear acrylic shower know. How can I remove it for cleaning and then replace it?

Thank you for your question. The Delta H71 Acrylic Knob Handle can be removed by first popping off the button on the top of the knob. This will expose the Philip's Screw. Unscrew this with a Philip's Screw Driver. The handle will then come completely off. We recommend to clean with a 50% white vinegar and 50% water solution. This can be soaked for an hour or even overnight to clean.

I want to update this handle H71 with a new chrome handle. Which one would fit?
Hi Barbara, Thank you for your question. The H71 handle can be replaced with our H79 chrome lever handle. Other available models include the H712, H78, and H74 A74.

what makes the RP2389 different from the H71?
I have a rather old bathroom tub fixture where I just tried to replace the old knob handle kit with the RP2389; however, the top of the valve stem kit is visible. Upon further review it appears as the hole in the knob that I have appears to be offset in comparison to the RP2389. Is the hole in the H71 offset to permit proper alignment with the valve cartridge stem?
Will the H71 meet my needs?
Hi Rick, Thank you for your question. We offer several different acrylic knob handles depending on their use. The RP2389 is for single handle lavatory faucets. If you current knob on your tub faucet lifts up to turn on and adjusts temperature to the left and right the RP17451 would be the correct knob. If the handle turns counter-clockwise to turn on and clockwise to turn off the H71 will be the correct knob.

Thank you for your question. The Delta Clear Knob Handle H71 is designed for 13 and 14 series shower and tub/shower faucets. Basically any of our single handles that start with a H7 are designed to fit our 13 and 14 Series faucets. Some examples are H74-H74, H75, H716, H752, H778, H797, H798 and etc.
