Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta or Kohler? For those of you wondering whether to buy Delta or Kohler, here's an anecdote: I ordered two Kohler sinks for which they sent the wrong templates. They replaced the two $500 sinks without hesitation, and suggested that I donate the originals to charity. I asked Delta to replace a set screw for a robe hook. They insisted I buy a new one for $10, roughly half the price of the hook. You get what you pay for.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from $10 for screws and a tiny piece of metal I bought the Flynn double towel bar. It took my husband a while to get to putting it up. By the time he did, I could not return it. Why did I want to return it? It only had one set of mounting plates. I came to Delta to order another set ( plate, screws and mollys). It was $10 for the tiny pack and $5 to ship the tiny pack! So tiny it could have fit in a regular envelop and mailed with a stamp! Everything in my three bathrooms are Delta. I may just have to love another brand if this is how they price replacement parts for customers who own their products!

What type of set screw is used on the Robe Hook model 75935-BL / RP100077? I lost my set screw and I need to buy another one.
