Thank you for your question, AES63! Model RP1001 will come with a 10 ounce bottle. RP1002 includes a 13 ounce bottle and has a slightly longer dispenser head. Stylistically they are also designed to compliment different models. The difference between our Stainless Steel finish and Arctic Stainless finish is the hue of the two finishes. Stainless Steel has more of a golden hue whereas the Arctic Stainless has more of a blue hue.
