We have the valve but it is missing the screw cap. Is the button the screw cap?

I recently purchased a tub filler, through Amazon. This part #RP100375 was missing from the box. I am in Canada and they (Masco) are unable to call up this part on their computer, so I cannot replace the missing part. How do I get it?
