How do you remove the broken RP100634 part to install the new one?

Thank you for your question!
You can access the base by pushing down firmly on the handle and turning it counterclockwise until it completely unthreads. This will allow access to the base under it.

Is this the correct part/color to match my bronze, 35770LF-RB faucet?

The RP100634 is the handle base for models that have a 467314 faucet code at the back of the spout. This part is mostly hidden by the handle so it does not require a special code for the finish. For more parts information, please refer to the link below!

HOW IS IT THAT THIS FAUCET IS STILL AVAILABLE AT HOME DEPOT YET I CANNOT PURCHASE THIS PART TO REPAIR MY FAUCET. I PURCHASED IN 2019. NO ONE SELLS THIS PART I HAVE CHECKED DOZENS OF WEB SITES. PART NUMBER RP100634.

One of the handles was installed on the wrong side and the base (part #RP100634) came off. How do I get it back on?
