Does this package come with a key to install?

The regulator and screen are only included.

We just put in three bath faucets. Model 573-SS-PR-MPU-DST. Not real happy with the flow or pressure of water. Is there a different aerator that I could put in it?

I am sorry that the flow rate for this Delta Faucet model 573-SS-PR-MPU-DST did not meet your expectations and understand how frustrating this can be. Unfortunately this model will only provide a 1.2gpm flow rate as we do not offer any higher flow rate aerators.
