This appears to have the exact spec measurements as the old RP10801. Can it be used to replace the RP10801?

Hello Cheetohman, Thank you for your question. The Delta Sleeve RP19654 is designed for a roman tub transfer valve, which is not the same size as the set of 2H/3H shower sleeve RP10801. The RP10801 was replaced with the RP18304 & RP18312. Best regards, Tanya

I am putting in new transfer valve on my tub assembly and sleeve RP19664 is cracked so I am replacing it, but my question is, was there a washer or gasket to be used with the sleeve that I may have misplaced when I disassembled the cracked sleeve?

How long is the rp19654 sleeve.. I need a 4.75 inche.

I posted a question about the need for a washer or gasket for replacing the sleeve. I mistyped the RP number as 19644 and it should have said 19654. Sorry for the confusion
