Best service ever!
There was a problem w/ the threading on the neck of the first dispenser I rec'd.
Wish I could remember the name of the girl who took my call, but she had my repl. order to me within 3 days.
Additionally, I mentioned I was looking for a bathroom wall sconce and noticed lighting on your site when ordering my lotion dispenser. She gave me all the "ins and outs" of the light I was thinking of buying, and gave customer service you just don't get anymore!

Great Product!
It was an exact match for the soap dispenser bottle embedded in the kitchen sink. I searched ALL the "big box" and none of them carried a replacement. They were happy to sell the entire assembly...bottle, pump, everything....at three times the price.....but only "Faucet Direct" had what I needed. Great company to work with!

Poor product
The bottle cracked and began leaking within a few weeks after I installed it. Then the soap dripped from the crack. I removed it and threw it away. This plastic bottle is cheaply made and not strong enough to hold the weight of the liquid soap. I will never buy anything from you again.

Delta Soap Dispense Replacement bottle
The mouth of the bottle is 3/4 inch wide, but the original is 5/8 inch wide. The RP2190 is a well made replacement, but will not fit the Delta dispenser. Hopefully the company will correct the misinformation.

Replacement bottle
This was sort of cheap and the ONLY place that could get a replacement for the Delta soap dispenser I have. The replacement bottle was the exact bottle that broke. I wish this replacement was a bit cheaper but still had to buy from here as cannot find anywhere else.
Works great and fits to factory spec. Took one star off because of the price for a replacement plastic bottle.

The longer neck on this bottle actually makes it stronger than original bottle but it also makes the pick up tube to short to reach bottom of bottle. It is working fine as is and I am glad I have it.

It's bigger than the one it replaced
I first went to our local [name brand store] and was told I had to buy the "whole unit" and not just the replacement bottle.I don't think so. Just what I was looking for
When I broke the soap dispenser bottle on our sink, I thought it would be difficult to find the part I needed since I had no idea when the faucet was installed or how old it was. Turns out all I had to do was find the item number at my nearest home improvement store. The employee told me to go online and order it and it was just as simple as that! The part fits perfectly. Neck broke off ofter only a couple of months, making a huge mess under the sink. Considering the majority of reviewers have experienced the identical issue, you'd think there'd been a deisn change made to remedy this problem.

There's reason why it Rots off is..read here
Hi all
Yes mine also broke off from the neck. Reason being it actually rotted off.
It's because when we refill it we get the neck all wet and soapy and don't clean the neck and let it dry before attaching it again.
Make sure you wash off any soap that got on the neck/threads and dry it off before attaching it after every refill.
A plumber told me why it happens.
Oh well let me buy my first replacement and hopefully my last :)

Hi scolbert, Thank you for your question. The RP21908 is not the pump assembly used in the RP50813. Unfortunately the pump assembly for the RP50813 soap dispenser is not available as a separate item. The entire soap dispenser would have to be replaced.

Will this fit RP50781/RP47888?
I know there's a similar question here, but please do not quickly respond that this is not the correct bottle for the pump before reading the entire question.
I received a RP50781 with a faucet I bought, and I'd like to use it. We have granite counter tops with an under-mounted sink. There is a bracket underneath the sink for support that is blocking me from screwing the soap bottle into the soap dispenser from the bottom. The soap bottle has very short neck to screw into the soap dispenser. If I could find another bottle that would work with the threading for my pump that had a longer neck, it would solve my problem.
All that said, will the neck diameter/threading on this bottle, or another with a long slim neck, work with the RP50781/RP47888?
Hi budjb, Thank you for your question. The 2 styles of bottles long neck vs short neck have different diameter openings that screw into the dispenser. The bottles are not interchangeable.

What's the diameter of the threaded neck of this bottle? 1 1/16" or 13/16" as per your two answers of 2 & 3 months ago. Diameter of the outside of the threaded neck of the bottle, not the outside of where the bottle screws into.
