RESEÑAS
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great replacement I did not know you could replace these to stop the base of the spout to quit leaking. These are better than changing the whole faucet! Thank you!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfection! I literally had purchased 4-5 different washers at Home Depot and Lowe's, and neither of them carry any product specific brands. Well I tried them all, and tried my best to match it up, but with every fix the faucet still leaked, and I mean poured. You buy the right product from the right company and you install it, and guess what? It doesn't leak at all. Y'all have the best products and the best customer service, hands down.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits fine and seals well. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This also fits the Single Handle Waterfall faucet, needing both O-rings to seal the spout to the base. Old ones started leaking after 15 years. Pulled off old ones and slipped new ones right on.

Follow up to Steve's question about removing the spout to change the O rings

Please explain what you mean when you say, "Push down on the spout and then gently pry open and remove the spout retainer." I do not want to damage the spout. Where am I supposed to put pressure on when "pushing down on it"? Also what do you mean by prying open the spout retainer? Thanks
Asked by: emma
Thank you for your question, Emma. Once you slide the Sleeve up, you will see the white Spout Retainer around the base of the spout. This piece has a split or gap in it that you can pry open. This will allow you to remove the tab on the inside of the Spout Retainer from the slot on the spout. Since the tab could be pinched, you may need to press downward on the spout before removing the retainer. You can then swivel the spout back and forth as you lift up on it to slide it off. Best regards, Jon
