Missing parts
Seats and springs are also needed for this faucet. They should have been bundled or the website should have indicated that they are also needed and prompted me to order. I had to place two orders which resulted in two shipping charges and delay. Also note that delta offers free shipping for orders greaterthan 49$. the two parts together would exceed 49.

Easy replacement
After 15 years and some well problems, the bathroom faucet began leaking. I ordered the replacement parts and they came quickly and intact. The instructions provided were easy to follow and the replacement completely solved the leaking. Have same Delta faucets in 2 other bathrooms and they are still working without issue.

Genuine Delta parts
These are FAR FAR SUPERIOR to any aftermarket replacements I have purchase in the past. Ultra smooth operation of faucets. Must be the brass stem and stainless seats. Faucets are 29 yrs old but work like new.

Easy to install but my first one failed
I purchased this to repair a leaking sink faucet. The first one I purchased worked for a week and then started leaking again. I did also replace the spring and rubber piece at the same time. I have just done it again and hopefully this time it is fixed.

Delta Faucet replacement parts
Ordering, shipping, delivery and installation of the "guts" inside the Delta Faucet handle was smooth and easy. However, the replacement did not "fix" the still leaking faucet. So, the takaway from this is don't buy Delta Faucets, I guess. They leak.

Like new again
Bought this to replace a cartridge that had a plastic stem, that item never worked right. The stem had too much flex and I was afraid it would snap off.

Saved my faucet-
I have a Delta Victorian style faucet that has been discontinued. I love this unit and did not want to replace it. I ordered the 3 parts I needed to repair it and it is like new. In addition, the parts through this site were about 1/2 the cost on Delta's site. I saved money, didn't have to buy a new faucet and saved the one I have. Very glad to have found what I needed at Faucet Direct.

Not what I ordered
I ordered this part expecting to get pretty much what was pictured. However, it was just a plastic ring, apparently just a portion of the unit I needed. I called customer service and they told me I couldn't "go by the picture". I then asked how can I order the entire unit I was interested in. They could not help me and directed me to Delta.

We have Innovation 3530-LHP model two handle faucet. I replaced both hot and cold stem assemblies that were leaking under the handle with RP25513 stem assemblies. Both handles do not sit flush like handles on an identical faucet; there is 3/16" gap. Why?

For the Delta RP24096 stem unit assembly .... I've seen it listed on line as RP24096, Color Chrome, No Finish. My Delta faucet is rubbed bronze so does the identification of "Color Chrome" matter (since the stem unit is not visible once installed)?
Thank you for your question, Walter! I apologize for any confusion with this part and happy to clarify. The "Color Chrome" designation is sometimes used by retailers when a finish is not applicable. The finish of your faucet will not matter in regards to the repair parts needed, however the age and type of faucet will dictate the correct repair parts needed. I have matching faucets on my Bathroom Roman Tub and Sink. As per specs on the tub this would be the Cartridge need. The shroud on the tub is larger than the sink faucet but would the cartridge be the same. Both a 1/4 turn, screw top.

Does the rp25513 stem fit the 4577 faucet? Or is it the rp24096 that fits the 4577 faucet? Parts lists are not clear.

Thank you for your question. The Delta RP25513 and the Delta RP24096 stem unit assemblies are interchangeable. The only difference the two stems have is the RP25513 includes a 1/4 turn stop. the RP24096 does not include a 1/4 turn stop. The 1/4 turn stop to order with the RP24096 is RP24097.

does the small part of the spring go up or down

I have a Delta 3569 faucet that water is leaking from the hot water handle. Is this theO- ring on RP2409 or the seat and spring RP4993?
