Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product I have purchased this to move a faucet from one sink to another spent two hours trying to fit to connect to the faucet will not clip in. This would have only taken 5 minutes with a normal screw connection.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible support to a poor design! The quick connect clips on RP34352 should be sold seperately! you should not have to spend $40 to get a clip!! Terrible last Delta Faucet I buy. Too bad I have 4 more to change!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Delta Quick Connect Hose Assembly. I purchased this a month ago to replace one that had a faulty connector to the faucet on a wide spread bathroom fixture. Due to the thicker plastic quick connectors instead of the brass ones on the original it was necessary to modify (bend) the rod for the sink drain. Otherwise it solved my problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good product The quick connect hose assembly, Delta RP34352, works perfectly. Unfortunately I didn't need the whole assembly and only bought it because you do not offer the quick connect part by itself. This is the part, the quick connect, that I need for my veg spray hose too but I don't intend to purchase the complete hose just to get the quick connect. That would be a waste of my money. You really should make that part available to purchase. I guess you don't because there would not be any real profit for you. I really don't know if I'll have any more need to purchase Delta products.

I am trying to reinstall the rp34352 assembly and can not get the hot or cold connectors to snap into place. Am I doing something wrong?

Asked by: Keith
Thank you for your question, Keith! The Delta Quick Connect widespread hose assembly, RP34352, snaps onto the valve nipples by pressing on both sides of the black plastic connector at the bottom so that the top opens, then push up lightly until the connection is firmly in place. Best regards, Edward

How do I disconnect a quick coupler?

I have followed the instructions that answered a previous question without success! Is there a certain place to squeeze the coupler while pulling down? Thank you.
Asked by: Curt
Squeeze the black plastic connector at the bottom so that the top opens, push up slightly then pull down and wiggle the connector as you pull, it should then come off.

How do I disconnect a quick-connect on my bathroom faucet? I have tried pushing up slightly, squeezing the connector and pulling down to no avail.

Asked by: Curt
Hi Curt, Thank you for your question. You want to squeeze the bottom of the black plastic connector right above the brass fittting. You should be able to see the top of the connector open up as you squeeze the bottom.Once open the push up and pull down should remove the quick connect. Thanks, Dave

Is there a better looking alternative to this hose. I am installing the faucet on a console sink and this hose will definately hang down below the sink and show

Asked by: cmcdonald15
Thank you for your question, cmcdonald15! This hose is used on our widespread lavatory models labeled LF and unfortunately we do not manufacture a different looking hose, however we would recommend considering a single handle or centerset DST model which will either have the option of connecting supply lines of your choosing or will have Innoflex Pex supply lines in which case we do offer decorative InnoFlex covers to fit the Pex lines. Otherwise we would also suggest a wall mounted faucet as an alternative. Best regards, Edward https://www.deltafaucet.com/product-comparison?modelNumber=RP72131SS&modelNumber=RP72130

How would I disconnect plastic snap coupling on a delta faucet model # 35984LF

Hot water plastic snap coupling came apart causing flood. I tried to remove other snap coupling and was not able too.
Asked by: Richie
Hi Richie, Thank you for your question! To remove your quick connect hose you will need to press in the end of the clip closes to the hose portion. When pressing in the tabs pull straight down on the hose and it will disconnect from the nipple of the faucet. Best regards, Brandis
