Hi, Face 29! Thank you for your question. Our Delta RP34354 Escutcheon Plate, along with all of our escutcheon plates, fit our Delta MultiChoice Universal R10000 Rough Valve Bodies. The screw holes on all of our escutcheon plates have 3" spacing between diagonally from both the 1 and 7 o' clock screw holes. Best Regards, Rosanna

To cover a larger opening, we carry a renovation plate that can be installed behind an escutcheon, but its dimensions are 8-1/8 in. H x 13 in. W. Hi Roger74, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP34354RB. This escutcheon would not cover the jet and diverter. A replacement escutcheon plate for model T18255 is part number RP34794.
