Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beware the plumber Our plumber ordered the incorrect part to fix something that wasn't broken -- "just to be safe." However, the one you delivered (as ordered) had two new disconnects, so he managed to create a functional one for the sprayer out of all the parts he now had. Why did the sprayer's disconnect fail? Believe it was damaged when our plumber had to disconnect it to tighten the nut which held the main faucet valve in place. Why did it become loose? Because plumber replaced the valve's contents with the wrong kit, making it very stiff to turn on and off. Final fix: I ordered the correct valve parts, installed them simply and easily, and the main faucet now works smoothly to a gentle touch. If the plumber's jury rigged quick disconnect to the sprayer fails, I'll be ordering at least another sprayer with hose. Sigh....

CAN YOU PLEASE INFORM ME ON HOW TO INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.

Asked by: JOE
Hi Joe, Thank you for your question. To install the RP37033 simply line up the female end of the quick connect fitting on the end of the hose with the male fitting on the spout and push the quick connect on . You will hear a click as the fitting snaps into place, pull down to make sure the connection is secure. Thanks, Dave

Is this supposed to come with o-rings?

The hose I ordered has no o-rings. I've read it's supposed to have a white plastic o ring and a rubber one.
Asked by: John
Dear John, Thank you for your question. The Delta Spout Connection Hose RP37033 does not come with o-rings. The o-rings RP13938 are already installed on the faucet nipples/tubes. Best regards, Tanya

Does this hose fit the Hose & Spray Assembly RP28900?

Asked by: babe
Thank you for your question. Delta part #RP37033 is the Quick Connect hose. For this reason, it will not work with Delta part #RP28900 as it is a non Quick Connect.

does this fit the delta model 28716LF?

Asked by: Joley
Hi, Joley! Thank you for your question. The Delta RP37033 hose assembly does not fit the Delta 28716LF faucet. A hose is not needed for the faucet hook up. We recommend to use 1/2" connection supply lines to install to water supplies. Best Regards, Rosanna

disconnect the spout hose

I am replacing the nut and washer on the spout, and need to disconnect the spout hose. it is one of those quick connect fittings. how is that done? I tried squeezing the connection to release it, but nothing happens.
Asked by: Tom
There were 5 out of 7 people who did not find the instruction helpful. I think it should be worded to say: squeeze the base of the black plastic cover to unlock the fitting, then pull the hose down to remove. I had to break the lock to learn the mechanism. "push firmly on the base" is somewhat vague. Thank you.
