Hi. I’m mounting the T14253 faucet from the ceiling. Which shower arm do I need - the U4999 or RP61058?  I thought I read somewhere that - in addition to difference in length (9 inches vs 6) - the flanges were different (2.5 vs 2.75). Thanks!

Thank you for your question, Liza! The difference in the size of flanges used on these models is correct with model U4999 flange diameter measuring 2 5/16"(58 mm) whereas the flange for model RP61058 has a 2 1/2" diameter. Best regards, Edward

shower arm that came with it is listed as 7 inches.. I need a smaller one....

Thank you for your question. We do offer shorter shower arms for smaller showers. Delta Faucet model # RP6023 is 5 1/2" long and is just the shower arm. Delta Faucet model # U4996-PK is 6" long and includes the shower arm and the shower flange.

how far does a 7" arm flange extend from the shower wall?

I just bought the t17464 shower kit. The flange that comes with it is to short. The water projects against the rear shower wall.

Can this arm be reversed (showerhead in either end? My new showerhead came with a standard 6" arm which makes the showerhead unreachable by me (5'2"). Does Delta have at least a 9" plus?

I am updating two showers and have chosen chrome Delta Classic tub and shower faucets. I would like shower arms of similar style with approximately 10 inch reach. Does Delta have longer shower arms in a similar style?

Why don't you include or make it easy to purchase a flange with this? Most people who are buying a shower arm also need a flange and it's easy to see this is a common question being asked by potential buyers. Make it easy for us and include it.

I purchased a Delta In2ition 4 setting two-in-one shower (model 58470) and the shower arm that came with the product is too short. I need an additional 3 inches to provide the movement needed in my shower. Is this a possible solution?
