Hi Andrew, thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! To remove our set screws, please rotate the screw counter-clockwise. If the set screw is stuck please refer to the information below. 1. You will need a washcloth, a small plastic bag, and a bowl with a mixture of 50/50 white vinegar and water. 2. Drench the washcloth with the 50/50 solution, wrap the washcloth around the handle and secure it with the plastic bag for a couple of hours. 3.
