I need thisbin Champagn Bronze. Is that available?

This tiny set screw has fallen out of my faucet handle twice, fixed twice. Now it's fallen off and apparently down the drain. This seems like a faulty design. Am I to pay nearly $8 for a replacement when it seems it will just fall off again? RP47666
