Poor Product Description
Bought this to update a Delta 600 series. Package say it is a "Replacement Lever Handle for Knob, or Lever Handle" with an image of the old style Delta knob. Nowhere on the packaging does it state it will not replace 600 series knobs. How much extra would it cost to put this on the package? Very irritating!

Doesn't do on as supposed to.
I am replacing an ugly old lucite Delta knob, or trying to. For $30, why do you not include the right size allan wrench for this product in the packaging? And if it needs that fiddly ring thing, include that too. What's it cost you, like two cents? Anyway, this handle just will not go onto the stem no matter what. Extremely frustrating.

Will this handle replace my current plastic round crystal handle? Not sure of the model..original to house early 1990"s

Thank you for your question. This handle will work with 1400 series models, which rotate counter-clockwise to turn on and adjust the temperature. It will also work with 1600 series models wich operate the same way, but there may be a slight gap behind the handle. It will not work with 600 series models, which lift up to turn on and tilt left or right for temperature control.

Im wondering if this model no. rp48717 will fit on a monitor 1400 series shower faucet? I just replaced the old leaking assembly with Rp 19804.

updating trim
im looking for new trim for my 12 year old monitor 1300. i would like to change the crystal handle to a lever style in a nickel finish. Also need the other trim pieces in the nickel finish. is this possible?
Hi JB, Thank you for your question!
You can use any current trim that starts with T13 or T14. For example if you see a model T13420 or T14255 you will be able to use those models. However, you will not be able to use the new valve cartridge that comes with the new trims. You will need to use your existing RP19804 valve cartridge.

Will this handle fit on T11897-LHP diverter trim with R11000 valve

Thank you for your question. The Delta 13 / 14 Series Handle Assembly RP48717 is designed for Shower or Bathtub/Shower cartridge assembly RP46074. The T11897-LHP is a Diverter 3 Setting trim kit that comes with the handle that fits on the RP51918 cartridge assembly. The handles and cartridges are not interchangeable.

What is the correct set screw for this?
I have two of these handles, one is missing the set screw. Parts diagram shows RP152 as the set screw, but it's too short - RP152 is about 1/4" long, and the one screw I have is 1/2" long. What is the correct screw?

Replacing 1400 shower handle knob with chrome handle. Do I need H79 or RP48717

I have installed a RP19804 cartridge into a Series 1300/1400 faucet. Will a RP48717 handle kit fit on this cartridge? Does the kit come with a RP29569 spacer? Thanks!

Thank you for your question. The RP48717 will work with the Delta 1300/1400 series faucet. The handle assembly does come with the spacer.

installed a rp48717 in our shower. need dual function equivalent for sinks, your recommendation? Changing out the round acrylic knobs, raise/lower to turn water on and twist to heat/cool
