And have enjoyed the convenience, yesterday, I noticed it was sitting funny, since I just filled the bottle. But, I have searched, and to replace the top, I would have to buy a brand new one. Why, is the top, not available to buy, by itself, considering the rest is in good condition. I have learned how to fill, without overflowing it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Ugh, soap only trickles out This soap dispenser looks great, but….. it’s very hard to pump the soap out. It takes many consecutive pumps before we get enough out to wash our dishes. It’s such a slow process. It was installed in May 2023. It’s Feb 2024.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap plastic that breaks Our Kohler soap dispenser broke apart after regular use, and I went out to find a replacement only to see that it's $86 on this site AND that others are having the same issue. So, at this point, why even buy a replacement if it's just going to break in the same way again. In my uninformed opinion, this soap dispenser is wildly too expensive for how cheaply the plastic construction is.

can a cream type lhan soap  be used with this dispenser?

Hi, Warren! Thank you for your question. Our Delta Soap Dispensers can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol based hand-sanitizer,and even typical hand lotions. Foaming soap will pump from the soap dispenser but it will not foam. Best Regards, Rosanna

How to refill the bottle

Can't simply pour soap into top... it just overflows. Do you make some easy way to handle this?

Thank you for your question. We do recommend filling your soap dispenser from the top to prevent bottle breakage from taking the bottle on and off. We do offer a funnel that may make it easier when filling your soap dispenser from the top. Delta Faucet model # RP30395 can be purchased at your local retailer or wholesaler.

Soap Dispenser Instructions RP50781 - does black gasket (part #4) go on top of sink or underneath?

Picture shows gasket above sink, but instructions state to put through hole in sink - which is correct?

Is there a replacement pump replacement that uses foaming soap?

I have a new Delta kitchen faucet that came with this soap dispenser and would like to replace just the pump portion so I could use foaming soap that foams when pumping into my hand.

Dear Jack, Thank you for your question. The RP47888 is the only pump made for the Delta RP50781 Soap/Lotion Dispenser. Soap Dispensers can use liquid dish soap, liquid hand soap, alcohol based hand-sanitizer,and even typical hand lotions. We do not recommend foaming soaps, because Delta soap/lotion dispensers are not designed to release foam from them. Best regards, Tanya

I need a replacement soap dispenser bottle for my faucet 4353-AR-DST. Is there a part number?

Also, the handle on mine does not look like the one in the parts list that is shown on this website. See photo.

Hi Tracy, Thank you for your question. The 4353-AR-DST was not offered with a soap dispenser. Only the (SS) brilliance stainless 4353-SSSD-DST, and the chrome 4353-SD-DST came with the soap dispenser. Based on your photograph the soap dispenser pictured is not a Delta product. Thanks, Dave

Hi IM, Thank you for your question. To fill the RP50781 soap dispenser, lift the head and pump assembly out of the bottle and pour not more than 8 oz. into bottle. Best regards, Brandis
