Poorly designed dispenser breaks in <1 year
Replaced two kitchen faucets about a year ago and both soap dispenser nozzles broke. The cheap plastic parts in the nozzle become brittle and broke.

PERFECT MATCH!!
I bought this because the original nozzle just fell apart. I am really happy with my purchase and it was a perfect match with my Delta faucet.

Like It but Could be a Little Better
Purchased Soap/Lotion Dispenser it works great only feature that should be made better is the spout should reach out further so the soap does not hit against the wall of the sink. If it was about an inch longer the soap would hit directly into the water and suds would appear automatically.

Great service from Delta
Like everyone else I have had problems with the pump not working. It slows down and then just won't pump anymore. I called Delta expecting to purchase another one. The warranty that's offered was honored and seamless. They were very friendly and my new pump is on the way. I think the pump should have lasted longer but a company that's stands behind their product and doesn't make excuses should be applauded.

Beautiful styling
I had my beautiful touch Delta faucet installed and decided I wanted two soap dispensers, so ordered one from you. It came quickly and completed my faucets at my kitchen sink. Thank you for great service. Will use you again!

Poor Quality
Installed new faucet and soap dispenser with complete kitchen remodel. Faucet has been great but in less than a year the soap dispenser started to stick and barely dispense. It sticks down and slowly pops back up. We kept it clean and used standard soap available anywhere. This product is not worth the cost. I hate to purchase repair parts to watch them wear out again within a short time.

Plastic?! Really?
I was shocked to receive this item and discover it was plastic! I initially thought my husband was mistaken when he told me. The color does match our beautiful Venetian Bronze Addison Touch 2o Faucet, but the quality does not. I can only hope it will hold up to daily use in our newly renovated kitchen!.

Pay for what you get
I like the soap dispenser it wasn't all that expensive so the fact that it's plastic doesn't really bother me all that much.
The fact that it doesn't work is what bothers me after about a year when I press the dispenser down nothing comes out and I have to pull it back up in order to press it again.
Since it's drilled through my granite I'm stuck with it as a show piece that I can't use.

great look
Bought this and faucets, sinks for a complete MBR remodel. Love the large opening hole in this dispenser...so no clogging (I have them in my kitchen as well). Love the price, too. but remember , this is PLASTIC, not metal.

Works well enough
I bought this to go with another modern looking faucet. There is not enough play in the up and down motion for my taste. It seems stiff. But it works well enough. Don't expect the usual pump action like off the shelf soap dispensers.

Won't dispense dish soap
Love the faucet etc. But the soap dispenser barely spits out any soap after pumping it many (~ 10) times. Have tried pumping water through it which did not do any better than the dish soap. Had it installed about 18 months ago.
Would love any suggestions.

The soap dispenser's quality should match that of the faucet.
We purchased the Delta Deluca Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet (Model #:19912-SSSD-DST) that came bundled with the RP50781 - Dispenser Assembly.
The faucet has been flawless, but the dispenser broke less than a year after we purchased it — and we take care of our appliances. It appears the the top snapped clean off the plastic base (leaving the screws still in place), which is frustrating as we didn't hit/drop/crack/impact anything.
I am a big fan of Delta and its faucets, but a broken soap dispenser has left our hands soiled.

Disappointed
Our soap dispenser broke after 2 years of use. The previous dispenser from a competitor worked for 13 years and was functional until we replaced it when we renovated our kitchen. Disappointed in the quality of the product.

my kitchen replacement is not like this
the replacement for my kitchen sink soap dispenser does not allow filling from the top like the old one did.
you have to remove the bottle from under the sink to fill it.
THAT STINKS

soap dispense pump handle
I've had my faucet and soap dispenser assembly for just over a year. The pump handle/top has broken away from the pump tubing. This happened with normal use of the pump. The screws that attach the pump tube to the handle go into plastic which does not seem strong enough for this type of use. I am very pleased with the overall faucet, but disappointed in the pump dispenser assembly.

2nd failure in two years.
The delta touch faucet is very nice, but the soap dispenser is poorly designed and poor construction at the point of movement and leverage. After purchasing with the faucet 2 1/2 years ago, the faucet has performed to expectations. Using this dispenser moderately for a year - the plastic that holds the top piece in place broke. I ordered a replacement RP50781AR, and warned household members to be cautious of the poor design and press only on the large round portion of the part. Despite this knowledge and user caution, the second soap dispenser has failed at the same point as the first after about a year. If this designed to be used to dispense soap and not merely as an ornamental appendage to the faucet, the soap dispenser should be designed to take this pressure on its head as its the only moving part. Purchasing replacement RP50781AR at $55 plus shipping once a year quickly makes this part more expensive than the faucet through the expected useful life.
Is there a remedy to this design or a better constructed alternative that matches?

Soap Dispenser (RP50781SS) has failed...
When we installed our granite counter top last year, we immediately chose a Delta faucet to complete the project. We loved the look and finish. Everything has been working fine except for the soap dispenser. It has completely stopped functioning. It no longer resets after pushing down on it. It's stuck in the down position. I attempted to clean it with no success. I've reluctantly had to resort to keeping a bottle of dish soap, on the counter, next to the sink. Something I no longer wanted to do after remodeling the kitchen. :(
