I have model 19950-ssso-ost. Uninstalled it from a three-hole sink, reinstalling it to a one-hole sink, I know I need this gasket, but I'm also trying to get the base ring and trim ring. They don't appear to have individual part numbers. Help!

Asked by: Josh
Thank you for your question, Josh! The gasket you are referring to is available as part number RP50788; however, it is also available with the base and trim ring as part number RP60938SS. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP60938SS Best regards, Edward

Which of the two gaskets do I use to install the spout?

Leland faucet (978 SSST DST) The instructions say to put a gasket under the spout. The box contains two, a white foam one and a dark rubber one, sticky on one side. The white one fits the "groove" in the spout bottom where the instructions say to put one, but it's very hard to hold in place while mounting the spout. The dark one is just too big for the groove. Caught in a dilemma here. If one of these goes there, where does the other one go? Please help right away. We are without water.
Asked by: Jim
Jim, Thank you for your question and I apologize for the confusion. The white gasket goes under the spout for your Delta Faucet model # 978-SSSD-DST. The black gasket will go on your valve. Thanks. Jody

Is the spout gasket supposed to fit into 'grove' of the base or is it slightly larger than the cavity?

In the base there is a cavity (channel) that is very narrow. I have what I believe is the spout gasket but it is wider than that channel. Is the gasket supposed to fit into the channel in the base?

Thank you for your question. Delta Faucet part # RP50788 is used on a variety of faucets so we are not sure which model you have purchased. The gasket in question should sit in between the sink and the faucet. There is a little groove in the faucet but the gasket does not need to fit into the groove.

Is this the gasket that goes between the granite counter and the faucet handle. What are the dimensions?

Asked by: George
Hi, George! Thank you for your question. The Delta RP50788 gasket does go in between the sink and faucet. The dimensions are 5 x 3 x 1 inches. Best Regards, Rosanna

Downspout to shower diverter pull knob not sealing. Is there a replacement gasket?

For 16955-SSSD-DST Faucet. I need the piece that the valve assembly RP50587 goes into. The bottom side of this piece is where the three hoses come out of. It is the black plastic bell shaped piece. What is the part# for this piece please ?

What is the diameter of this gasket? It needs to *PROPERLY* fit my 4197-DST Cassidy pullout kitchen faucet. Delta "recommended" products are unreliable at best, and here I heard Delta is the best for things not being discontinued.

Asked by: Jgs60
Hi Jgs60, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP50788. The diameter is about 2". Unfortunately, a replacement gasket for the faucet model 4197-DST is discontinued. We recommend using a 1/4" bead of silicone sealant in place of the gasket. Many pro installers also use sealant instead of the gasket. Please reach out with any additional questions!
