Love the dispenser as it matches my kitchen faucet. I filled it with hand lotion - which is handy to have at the kitchen sink. The packaging box didn't include the filling funnel. Disappointing that it was missing from the box. I haven't been able to rectify this error. I'll try again to contact you.
