The packaging box didn't include the filling funnel. Disappointing that it was missing from the box. I haven't been able to rectify this error. I'll try again to contact you.

Found Delta does make just that part. Home Depot sells just the Delta pump/spring to reconnect to spout for $6! Immediately ordered!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lack of replacement parts I am now about to be on my third soap dispenser to match my faucet. The plastic cartridge inside sticks after you push down for soap instead of popping back up. At first, it was just a nuisance, but it gradually gets worse until the device is entirely unusable. Unlike some other brands where you can take an assembly apart to get to a busted spring, this one does not appear to be user-serviceable. I can't believe that Delta doesn't sell a replacement part for the little cartridge. Shame on me for not saving receipts - I mistakenly assumed it was just that my first one was a dud, but it appears to be a design flaw. It is looking like it will be more economical for me over the life of my kitchen to replace my entire faucet with another brand rather than continue to replace these.

Our soap pump won’t pump soap anymore is there a replacement part for this?

I am trying to find the dispenser specifications particularly the bottle height for Soap / Lotion Dispenser MODEL#: RP50813SP. I downloaded file https://media.deltafaucet.com/SpecSheet/DSP-K-955-DST%20Rev%20D.pdf but there are two different ones shown?

What size hole does it need in the countertop? What is the size and dimensions mentions , how far from the top of the dispenser to the end of the spout?

I have the RP50813SS soap dispenser. The top, pump, hose and bottle are fine. However, the threaded portion is stripped and the collar/beauty ring that goes directly under the top of the dispenser is corroded. Where can I get these parts? NEED!

Do you have a parts kit to replace just the pump mechanism? We have already bought 2 complete units because the pump seizes and locks up.

I have Delta kitchen faucet model 16955Z-SSSD-DST Victorian with the soap dispenser. If I fill the soap dispenser to the top, soap pours out from the top & leaks into cabinet. If I fill the soap dispenser about 3/4 full, no problem. What is wrong?

My pump no longer works on my RP50813. Can I place the pump only with another style that will fit base on my sink.  I have brilliance stainless finish. Or do I have to replace base along with new pump?   The pump head I have was always hard to pump

Can I purchase just the pump portion? The spring has gone bad so it doesn’t go up and down when depressed. The top metal piece is fine.

Hello! How wide is the bottle underneath the sink? The specs documents don't show the measurements of that part.
