My tile installers lost these parts, the web site now shows them discontinued. I will have to now purchase a new $300 spigot to replace a $20 piece. And I am not able to get a simple stailess steel washer for the rough in kit, forcing me to make one. Phone call wait is three hours. Service here sucks!

Dimensions Please
Width, opening width and depth.
I am looking for a tub spout escutcheon for the Delta Venitian Bronze kit I purchased. The spout as it is is too short as is. The spout it 3" wide. I would need an escutcheon at least 4" wide, with a 2" opening and at least 1/2" deep. Thank you!

Thank you for your question. The base is only 2 9/16" in diameter. Unfortunately, we do not have a part that will work as an extension for the tub spout.
However, our longest spout in Venetian Bronze is the RP72565RB, which is 7 2/3" from the wall to the center of the spout. Your spout is 6 1/2".

MODEL#: RP51288 It looks like the sides are sloped, so please what are the inside diameter & outside diameter dimensions on the top side (not the bottom) and ALSO what is the height of the plate (how far does it stick up)
Thank you for your question rasmom. The RP51288 is a replacement part for T2738 Lahara Roman tub trims and designed to fit between the spout and the deck.
