RESEÑAS
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective 3 way valve Same issue- position 1 flows water to the tub spout- position 2 equally distributes water to the tub spout and shower head ( thats not right )- position 3 should divert water to the hand held units, but does not. Pulled the valve, the internal positions are working how it’s clocked- bought a second valve today, clocked the same way, super frustrating!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor internal component I had a New R22000 Valve installed and used the T27 859-SS Trim with a Shower Head and Handheld feature. When we turned the water on the Shower Head worked great, When we attempted to divert the water to Mix both components worked and we were not able to make any changes from that point. I called and was sent another Cartridge (RP51918) . The exact problem occurred and I am being sent another. Upon “YouTube” research there are other users having the same issues. Perhaps Moen would have been a better choice…..

Diverter selection

I want to add in a few extra functions to my shower set up. I presently have a T11900-SS 3 port, 6 function diverter. I want to have my regular shower head off 1 one port and then have an overhead rain showerhead off another port. I want to be able to run the regular shower head alone, the overhead rain showerhead alone and then both at the same time. Looking at the schematics, it looks like I will cap off port 3 and use only 3 of the 6 diverter settings. Is this correct?
Asked by: tropicden
Hi Tropicden, Thank you for your question. You are correct about how you want to plumb the R11000 diverter rough to operate 2 showerheads. You will need to plug the 3 o-clock port and run the heads from the 2 remaining ports. The T11800-SS trim 3 setting diverter trim will come with the diverter cartridge that will allow you to operate the showerheads individually or both at the same time. The T11900-SS is the 6 setting diverter trim that would allow you to operate your 2 showerheads plus another feature like a hand shower or body sprays. thanks, Dave

will the RP51918 work for a diverter piped on the right port of valve? Or do I need a RP51919?

Asked by: VIC
Hi Vic, Thank you for your interest in Delta Faucet Company products. The RP51918, 3 setting diverter cartridge, will not work with something that is plumbed into the right port. You would need to use the RP51919 cartridge.

Which valve, divereter, and body spray rough in do I order for my shower set up

I am confused over all the different answers I have been getting regarding my new shower set up.. I am wanting to install a rain head shower on the ceiling and two body sprays on opposite ends of the shower. I want the body sprays to come on together under one setting and the shower head to work separately. I also want to be able to have all three on at the same time. How do I achieve this and which rough in valves do I need to order without losing pressure when all three are functioning at the same time. Please list model numbers taking in consideration that I have not decided on my trim finish style at this point but want a brushed nickel modern finish so would like a universal setup. Which rough in valve, diverter and rough in body valves would i order?
Asked by: zee
Hi Zee, Thank you for your question. You will need to order the R10000-UNBXHF rough, the shower trim of your choice (17 series thermostatic offers highest flowrate) , the R11000 diverter rough, and the matching 3 setting diverter trim T118XX. Some of the body sprays require a separate rough but not all models do. The T50001 body sprays require the R50001 body spray rough and the new hydrachoice body sprays require the R50200 rough. Thanks, Dave

I have a shower head and a handheld,

Which diverter valve should I use to have my showerhead work only, my handheld work only and then both work at the same time
Asked by: Dave
Hi Dave, Thank you for your question. A 3-Setting diverter trim and R11000 rough-in valve will allow you to divert water to either component individually or both. The diverter trim kit will come with the needed cartridge. Please click the link below to find a 3-Setting Diverter Trim to match your shower valve. https://www.deltafaucet.com/search-results?searchTerm=T118 Best regards, Jon

I have plugged the 9 o’clock outlet and want to use the 3 o’clock outlet because of how my shower is laid out and limited room for plumbing.   Where can I buy the diverter cartridge to do this?

Asked by: mlbohio
Thank you for your inquiry, Mlbohio! If you are capping the left port, instead of the right port of the diverter valve assembly, you need to install the 6-setting diverter cartridge assembly RP51919. You would have a few dead spot, but you will also have the 2 individual and 1 shared settings. https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP51919 Best regards, Tanya

I have a MultiChoice® Universal Integrated Shower Diverter valve (R22000), but the diverter (RP51918) does not change the flow of water from the shower head or wand at any position.  Delta sent a second diverter after the first one did the same thing.????

Asked by: Peter21
Tanya, what does it mean to plug the right port?  Does Delta carry are part to do that?
