Ordered this given the description on the web. The number they used was the diameter and not the radius. I needed an escutcheon with a 7-inch radius.

The plumber put the diverter valve body too far out. do you make a diverter cover plate that will adapt for a diverter valve sticking too far out from the wall. I have a quarter inch gap between the plate and the wall. Thanks

Unfortunately the only way to resolve this issue will be to uninstall and reinstall the valve according to the installation instructions.

Can you use this replacement (RP51924) with H559 or H560 handle type? If so, are additional parts needed?
