I have a delta faucet in my bathroom that has since been continued, but this aerator fit it perfectly.

I think it's dumb that one of Delta's most popular faucets requires a special tool to replace the aerator, but once I got over that and ordered this part and the tool -- the original of which, of course, got lost after the original installation-- my faucet is perfect again and my tenant is happy.

Delta Aerator
In searching for this product I read numerous blogs of frustrated people not able to find this aerator in the stores or on websites. I shopped at Lowes and Home Depot. Though they sell the faucets that use this type aerator they do not sell the aerator itself. This aerator worked perfectly - thank you for the solution.

Does Delta offer an aerator for the Zella 35706LF faucet that provides a higher flow rate than the RP52216?
I'm disappointed in the water pressure from the Delta Zella 35706LF with the RP52216 aerator.
The aerator RP52216 water pressure is lower than the one from old faucet that I replaced.

We do not have a higher gpm aerator for the 35706LF. However, you can search for a aerator with the same threads at a local hard ware or plumbing supply store. Your aerator thread size is M21.5x1 male.

Swivel aerator for 4380-DST faucet
1. Please let me know the part number of a swivel aerator which can be installed instead of Delta aerator PR52216 on the Delta 4380-DST faucet.
2. Please also let me know the thread type on Delta aerator PR52216.

We manufacture the RP63167 swivel adapter. The RP63137 swivel aerator will not attach directly to the model 4380-SD-DST faucet. You will need to remove the cache aerator that comes with the faucet and install the RP51505 cache aerator adapter which will then accept the RP63137.

What tool is needed to replace this aerator? I see several different Aerator wrenches. Does it matter which one?

I have a bathroom faucet Model 3575 (Chrome Finish). The original paperwork (11/8/08) shows an aerator and wrench part of RP51345. I now see a new part number of RP52216 which looks different than the RP51345. Which is correct?
Thank you for your question, ttjacob! Model 3575 and model 3575-MPU-DST will use different aerator wrenches. The RP51345 is the correct part for the original version of this model and is still available for order.

two items shown, what is the difference?
The Aerator shown only indicates 1.5 GPM, is there a lesser flow model available? As perhaps, 1.25 GPM, or less?
Hi Milo, Thank you for your question. The faucets that take the RP52216 aerator were part of a running change that switched the aerator being used on the faucet. The RP52216 ships with both aerators which have a flow rate of 1.5 gpm, but have different thread patterns on the aerator. We do offer 1.0 gpm aerators that will work in place of the RP52216. If you have the shorter version of the aerator that has an o-ring around it then RP63886 will work. If you have the taller aerator with a gasket on top of it then the RP72730 will be the 1.0 gpm version.

What wrench and where do I get one?
I have some trash in mine and I need to take the aerator off and clean it out but I'm not sure on the exact size wrench/part number I need.

What diameter size is the aerator?

does this fit a leland 978 dst kitchen faucet

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP52216.
For the faucet model 978-DST, the replacement aerator is the full flow RP50815.
