Asked for a review on a product I ordered
I ordered a trim ring on Thursday. Paid for the 1-2 shipping. The item didn't ship until Tuesday. The tracking number is invalid. They refunded my shipping fee. It's now Thursday and I still haven't received it and don't know when I will. It'd be great if I could get the trim ring to give a review and more importantly install my faucet.

Perfect Fit
Needed the collar so the faucet could be installed on new granite counter top with one hole access. The part was easy to find on the web site, reasonably priced, shipped promptly, and fit perfectly.

I need to purchase replacement parts for my delta faucet 11949-DST. How do I identify the finish of my delta faucet. I think we have a stainless finish, but there are 3 stainless finishes to choose from and we are not sure which we have.

No, the RP52610 is model specific. The Ophella faucet does not need a single hole trim kit to be installed.

I have to turn the handle in a certain position to get it to stop dripping. Do you think I need to replace the washer?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP52610RB.
To repair a drip, we recommend flushing the faucet with the aerator or the sprayer removed. If the issue remains, the cartridge RP50587 may need to be replaced. See here for more information:
