Hello Facility Man, Thank you for your question! We apologize for the flow rate issue you are experiencing and will be happy to help you. The Delta Faucet Pilar® Check Valves In Chrome MODEL#: RP53468 will not increase the flow rate of your faucet. We recommend flushing the unit. Reduced flow is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know. The check valves must be installed with any Touch2O faucet and are required to prevent bleed over from the lines. The aerator at the end of the spout is designed to limit the flow rate.
