my end on the sprayer hose on a classic 400-dst went bad when i use the sprayer all the water stops the part under the sink. please send me a new one.

Replacement Part/model # RP54235SS for the side sprayer comes with the hose. Can I just buy the sprayer. The hose is fine. This faucet was installed new less than a year ago and now when using the sprayer it sticks open for a few minutes before stopping.

Does this include all the parts needed to install the sprayer onto a Collins faucet that was not originally ordered with a side sprayer?  If not what else needs to be ordered.  Thanks.
