I have a model 4353-DST pull out faucet, and am installing a new single hole sink, is this the part I need to convert from the 3 hole mount?

Why are the specs on this product not shown on the website? And also why is it all vendors that sell this product show the dimensions for the rectangular plate instead of the round escutcheon? Please provide the specs on this round escutcheon.
