Would this be used for handle extensions and spout extension?

my stems are too long. Do I just cut them and use a shorter screw?

Is it possible to get 4 stem extenders like RP61820 but about 5mm longer with matching Screws RP61819? I have Two sets of Cassidy Wall Mounted Lavatory Faucets T3597LF-WL but the plumbing is set too deep in my wall to include the flanges.

I know these extend the stems but what do you need to extend the spout?

Our wall mount Trillian hits the drain too close to the back of the sink. Would this part help bring the faucet forward about an inch or so?

Are these the same stem extenders that would be supplied with the H592CZ Tetra handles? My instructions say I'm supposed to have them but the handles did not come supplied with them.

Will MODEL#: RP61820 work for a Delta Bowery 1.2 GPM Wall Mounted Widespread Bathroom Faucet? I need an extension due to the tile thickness. Are there any options to extend for this set?
