Dear Svein, Thank you for your question. The Delta Temperature knob and cover RP62956 can be removed, by pulling on the edges of the Chrome cover (it pops off). Then unscrew the screw holding the plastic dial. Best regards, Tanya

Hi Tomtom, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet RP62956. The knob cover is snapped into place with tabs on the sides of the knob.
