Does this work on the Brizo Siderna?

Does this flower restrictor work on the Brizo Siderna single handle bath faucet also?

My vero faucet has a small leak and it’s coming from the cold water side.  Is there a replacement cartridge?  Or seals that need to be replaced. It is only 7 years old and not used a lot.

My vero bathroom faucet has hardly any flow on either hot or cold. I am assuming this is blocked. What part would I need to repair this
