Rated 1 out of 5 by from Delta hose with little flexibility First of all this is not Builds fault but it is Deltas'. This replacement has hardly any flexibility. The original has twice the spirals per inch. Very disappointing! Did they think people wouldn't notice?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Shower hose does not lay flat I purchased this shower hose along with a complete set of Delta faucets for my clients bathroom project. The hose does not sit flat along the newly tiled walls. It is shocking in the description that it says "ultra flex" when it does NOT flex. I am disappointed in the product. My clients wants me to replace it with a better quality hose. Not sure what to do other than continue to run hot water through the hose hoping it will eventually unravel?

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Does not lay flat This product does not lay flat on the wall like other metal hoses. It kind of holds its shape and curls out at the bend. I believe the description or answers say it is metal but it doesn't seem like it. If there is metal in the hose it is very little and it is covered in plastic. I would not recommend it if you are use to a higher end metal hose that is truly ultra flexible. Other than that the hose is fine, the connections work, it had all its seals, and it came very quickly in the mail.

Is there a chrome hose that is actually metal and hangs better

What's the difference between this product (RP64157PB) and U490R-PB70-PK?

(Besides the 1-inch length difference). The black & white graphic on this page does not give you a good idea of what this hose looks like.
