Rated 3 out of 5 by from website great. call help disappointing Called customer service, waited 1 hour for a call back. Explained that I needed the mounting nut and U shaped washer/bracket that mounts under the sink. Customer service rep gave me a part number to the 3 hole blank off plate for when you have a sink with three holes and are installing a one hole faucet. This has two plastic nuts that go through the side holes and tighten from underneath. The website showed the correct part as being discontinued and I did a google search for that part number and came up with a part number that was different but for the same mounting hardware. went back to the website and did a search and purchased from website with new part number. Website was very user friendly and went smoothly. Haven't received my purchase yet, but it has only been a day.

I have a 57530 ss and need the mounting hardware at both top and bottom, they were lost during remodeling. Do I need to buy 2 of this item?

Do end caps for the slide bar come with this kit?
