Hi Bob, Thanks for your question! Once the bonnet is removed, the entire stem unit should pull straight out. To remove the seats and springs, we recommend to place an Allen wrench or similar object through the hole in the seat and spring, then scoop them out. When reinstalling the seat and spring, you can reverse this process by placing them on the Allen wrench first, inserting it into the valve, then sliding the seat and spring down. Please note that the wide part of the spring goes down first. Thanks, Jon

You will first need to move the set screw on the sides of the handles with an 1/8'' Allen wrench. Then the handles will unscrew off. Be sure to turn your shut off valves off underneath your counter top before removing the handles.
