How do I remove Spout Retainer Model RP70105
Hi Keith, Thank you for your question. To remove the RP70105 spout retainer from the faucet hub you have to pry out the small black tabs located on the sides of the spout retainer. The tabs snap down below a ridge on the brass hub holding the retainer in place. While pulling up, move one tab at a time up and over the ridge. Once both tabs are released over the ridge the retainer will come off the hub.

I am ordering a replacement spout retainer for this model, I have seen some reference to an o-ring but do not see any reference to that on the parts diagram. Is there an o-ring required as a support part for this spout retainer? If so, part# please.
Actually, there is no o-ring at all that corresponds with (or is used with) this part, this part stands on its own, correct?
